I really just started using FriendFeed as of recently. I really like it, but have found that it eats up too much of my time…. I already have too many sites that take up too of my time. I have to stay away from this one, or I just might lose my job!

What a great article. It’s amazing how many people out there just do the one-sided approach to social media. I think you see it A LOT on Twitter too.

I agree with connecting with people – you ACTUALLY connect with. However, there are times when following or subscribing to someone I wouldn’t expect them to reciprocate. I may not have much (if anything) to offer them, but I enjoy their content.

I agree with your completely and great work, but I also think it depends on what you’re using FriendFeed for. In my case, it’s a dual thing — one for reciprocation and the other to keep my readers up to date on what I’m reading and sharing. Either way, I can’t say enough good things about FriendFeed. Thanks for sharing
