Some of the commercial themes are really cool. I really like the Revolution themes for real estate agents. They have a super professional design and seem to function really well. You can also purchase the SEO'd versions that Greg Boser puts out for real estate agents. I've heard that they are doing really well in the search engines. The other reason that I have consider purchasing commercial Wordpress themes is for the e-commerce plugin.
