When I tell people my company is an infographic design agency I often am met with confusion. That’s a thing? Well, when I started out it was not a thing. I had to blaze my own trail, and I learned some valuable lessons about business along the way.
Twelve years ago this month I started my own social media business. We helped other businesses dip their toes into the shallow end of the brand new social media realm. After a while I looked around and realized I could blaze a trail into uncharted territory by specializing in something that most people had never even heard of – infographics.
